Emergency Shower System

The LR Marine emergency shower, including an eyewash component, is a fully pre-insulated system. This system utilizes pipes safeguarded by a waterproof insulation composed of polyurethane foam and a HDPE jacket. It is designed to be maintenance-free, resulting in low operational costs. The system operates as a single string, eliminating the need for water re-circulation. Additionally, it incorporates a tracer pipe with a self-regulating heating cable to prevent freezing, even in extremely cold conditions.

This emergency shower solution is delivered as a comprehensive “pipe package,” facilitating easy and rapid installation. All electrical cables and accessories are certified for use in hazardous areas. Adequate water flow is ensured by a minimum water pressure of 2 bar and a flow rate of 200 l/min.
